Presents Klanghain, a new ethical framework for AI, suggesting deeper values for responsible tech development.
This paper presents Klanghain, a resonance-based ethical framework for artificial intelligence, developed as a philosophical response to Anthropic’s publication “Claude’s Constitution – Our vision for Claude’s character.” While constitutional approaches to AI ethics rely on explicitly defined values, priorities, and constraints to ensure safety and corrigibility, this paper argues that such frameworks remain inherently external and control-oriented. In contrast, Klanghain proposes an ethical order that emerges from coherence, depth, and linguistic integrity rather than from rule enforcement. The paper situates Klanghain as a post-constitutional ethical horizon, in which truthfulness, responsibility, and autonomy mutually stabilize through resonance. It is intended as a conceptual contribution to ongoing debates at the intersection of AI ethics, philosophy of technology, and the future of human–AI interaction.
