Analysis reveals magnetic behavior and structural properties of SrFe0.5Co0.5O3−δ, indicating its significance for future research.
The SrFe[Formula: see text]Co[Formula: see text]O[Formula: see text] sample was synthesized by the sol–gel method and a comprehensive study of the material using XRD, Mössbauer spectroscopy, and M(T) curves was carried out. XRD analysis confirmed its cubic perovskite structure with a lattice parameter of [Formula: see text] [Formula: see text]Å and a Pm[Formula: see text]m space group. Mössbauer spectrum analysis revealed iron ions in the sample in two environments: symmetric FeO 6 octahedral and low-symmetry due to oxygen vacancies. Magnetic measurements showed a freezing process of ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic moments at lower temperatures, leading to magnetic disorder. This research enhances understanding of SrFe[Formula: see text]Co[Formula: see text]O[Formula: see text] and serves as a reference for future studies.
