Exploratory analysis reveals improvements to Myers-type theorems using m-Bakry–Émery Ricci curvature, indicating significant mathematical advancements.
We prove several Myers-type theorems by assuming some exponential decays of the m-Bakry–Émery Ricci curvature when m is a positive constant, a negative constant, or infinity. Our results are new even the m-Bakry–Émery Ricci curvature is reduced to the Ricci curvature and largely improve previous Myers-type theorems via m-Bakry–Émery Ricci curvature.
