Proposes a risk assessment model for construction quality in healthy buildings, highlighting key risk factors and countermeasures.
With the promotion of green building and sustainable development concepts, healthy buildings have gradually become a focus in the global construction industry. However, the construction quality of healthy buildings faces multidimensional risks, including technical, material, personnel, and management factors, requiring an effective risk assessment method. This study proposes a healthy building construction quality risk assessment model based on the C-OWA operator weighting method and cloud model, combined with the grey clustering method for model verification. Through the Delphi method, 7 First-level indicators and 32 Second-level indicators were identified, and a risk assessment system was built. An empirical analysis of the M healthy building project shows that technical and management risks are the main factors affecting construction quality. Based on the assessment results, this study proposes countermeasures targeting different risk types, including optimizing technical standards, improving management systems, and enhancing the qualifications of construction personnel. The results show that the model can effectively assess construction quality risks and assist quantification of risk reduction for healthy buildings.
