A theoretical framework resolves the black hole information paradox by modifying thermodynamics and spacetime behavior.
We present a modification of black hole thermodynamics based on the existence of a universal upper bound on spacetime curvature and proper acceleration. This saturation principle replaces singularities with finite-curvature interiors and bounds black hole surface gravity. As a consequence, Hawking temperature attains a finite maximum value, black hole evaporation proceeds asymptotically over infinite time, and black hole entropy remains finite throughout the evaporation process. The framework preserves agreement with General Relativity in the weak-field regime while providing a complete, unitary, and thermodynamically consistent resolution of the black hole information paradox without invoking nonlocal dynamics, holography, or firewalls.
