This preprint presents an extensive development of the Coherent Logical Actualization Structure (CLAS) framework applied to cosmogenesis. The model proposes that the universe originates from a maximally coherent informational state and evolves through irreversible information actualization. Time, entropy, gravity, and physical constants are treated as emergent phenomena arising from coherence-preserving constraints rather than fundamental primitives. The framework is methodologically neutral and aims to provide a unified interpretative structure consistent with known physics while generating empirically testable predictions. This extended version includes detailed comparisons with existing cosmological models, proposed formalizations, and implications for fundamental physics.
