Compared with energy-integrating detector CT, low-dose, ultrahigh-resolution photon-counting CT improves the detection of enhancement-related malignant features across varying body mass index and tumor sizes, while enhancing diagnostic confidence and reducing radiation exposure and contrast media usage.
