Abstract

The article examines the impact of resource-saving technologies on the economic efficiency of rice farms. It was revealed that the use of resource-saving water consumption technologies leads to a decrease in water use in rice production and an increase in its economic efficiency. A sequence of stages has been developed for the introduction of an automated resource-saving rice irrigation system using elements of provocative and impulse irrigation and the economic effectiveness of the project for the introduction of a resource-saving rice irrigation system has been proven. The medium-term forecast for the development of rice growing in the Krasnodar Territory until 2030 has been calculated, confirming the economic efficiency of the use of water-saving technologies at the level of the rice-growing sub-industry.
