Rapid changes in science and technology lead to transformations in all segments of society. It is important for society to adapt to and accept these rapid changes. Formal education and the education system in Serbia change periodically. However, such changes are not rapid; they occur gradually and intermittently. This means that the education system cannot keep pace with technological development, resulting in a constant lag. Therefore, it is important to emphasize the significance and application of informal education. This paper will analyze the impact of informal education on the sustainability of a competitive market position.
