This work presents a thought-experimental framework for reinterpreting portals, teleportation-like reconfiguration, and space-time isolation using Finite-Operation Theory. Rather than asserting the realizability of specific devices, the paper introduces explicit finiteness in observation, evaluation, and operation, and shows how multi-layer correlation fracture structures naturally emerge from this assumption. By distinguishing operational correlation fracture from experiential correlation disconnection, the paper provides a consistent language to discuss isolation, safety, and reconfiguration without invoking infinite resources or superluminal assumptions. The work is intended as a structural proof of possibility and as a conceptual stepping stone for future inquiry, emphasizing that human dreams, imagination, and curiosity continue to exceed current technological reach.
