This study investigated the influence of perceived wage fairness and workplace inclusiveness on organizational commitment among employees in selected fast-food outlets in Abeokuta, Nigeria. The research was motivated by the high turnover rates and challenges of maintaining a committed workforce within the competitive fast-food sector. A descriptive survey research design was adopted, with primary data collected through structured questionnaires from a sample of 124 employees selected through proportional stratified random sampling from a population of 180. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The study concludes that while both factors are crucial, perceived wage fairness is a slightly stronger predictor of organizational commitment than workplace inclusiveness in this context. It is recommended that management in the fast-food industry should adopt a holistic human resource strategy that prioritizes the establishment of transparent and competitive compensation structures while simultaneously fostering an inclusive work environment characterized by belongingness and equitable participation to enhance employee commitment and reduce turnover.
