Energy Filament Theory (EFT) Z03: Propagation as Relay — Light, Wave Packets, and Identity Rewriting

This record releases EFT-Z03 (public edition) of Energy Filament Theory (EFT). Z03 defines propagation as Relay Propagation on a continuous substrate (the Energy Sea): a local sea-state deviation (“sea-state delta”) is handed off neighborhood-to-neighborhood, so what advances is a structured pattern rather than a piece of material. For reuse across modules, EFT distinguishes three relay forms—Bare Relay, Loaded Relay, and Structural Relay—and Z03 focuses on Bare Relay as the baseline for radiation (light as a finite Wave Packet). To make the picture concrete, Z03 introduces the Twisted Light Filament as an internal Phase Skeleton, and clarifies that “wave/field” is an environment Sea-State map rewritten by boundaries (interference as phase accounting on maps, not packet self-splitting). Absorption, scattering, and decoherence are unified as identity rewriting (pattern rewrite/split/transcription/locking) under coupling to boundaries, media, and structures.
