EFT-A10 defines the Dark Pedestal Protocol Family in the EFT methods library. It standardizes auditable workflows for joint STG/TBN readouts, including (i) dynamics–weak-lensing single-profile closure (Π inferred from rotation-curve residuals predicts weak-lensing residual under a fixed projection, with pre-registered environment ordering) and (ii) noise-floor plateau auditing across absolute radio background (ARCADE-2 or equivalents) and asteroseismic power spectra (irreducible plateau / smooth baseline after standard subtraction, with permutation and holdout replications). A10 hard-codes three guardrails aligned with A4 (Ix/Sx/Tx) and ships Minimal Artifacts + Audit Hooks mapped to Z13/T5 (Dark Pedestal: noise–force phase).
