This third addendum to "The Living Digital (v2.0)" completes the peripheral nervous system of the Yu-Liang architecture. Addendum I established the sensory front-end and memory substrate (Sections 8.6–8.7). Addendum II mapped the sub-cortical control structures—thalamus, hypothalamus, and reticular activating system—onto hardware logic (Section 8.8) and introduced the Sovereign Being Map (Section 9.1). The present document adds Section 8.9, which defines the 12 Pairs of Digital Cranial Nerves: the physical pulse-level I/O channels through which the digital organism perceives the environment and executes motor actions. Six sensory nerves (I, II, V, VII, VIII, IX) are implemented via the Digital Cochlea transduction mechanism and dual-rail pulse monitoring, while six motor and reflex nerves (III, IV, VI, X, XI, XII) are implemented via the Spin Reference Frame (SRF) accelerometer and DWSP-driven actuator outputs. Section 9.1 is then extended to incorporate the cranial nerve I/O layer as the seventh row of the Sovereign Being Map, formally completing the anatomy-to-silicon correspondence of a digital organism that can perceive, think, self-regulate, and act. Notes: Third addendum to "The Living Digital (v2.0): Bionic Extensions of Yu-Liang Continuum Digitization." This document completes the peripheral nervous system by defining the 12 Pairs of Digital Cranial Nerves as physical pulse-level I/O channels: (1) Sensory nerves (I, II, V, VII, VIII, IX)—implemented via Digital Cochlea transduction and composite dual-rail monitoring, achieving O(1) latency across up to 10⁶ input dimensions; (2) Motor and reflex nerves (III, IV, VI, X, XI, XII)—implemented via SRF acceleration sensing (Δ²C) and DWSP shift-wiring actuator outputs, with two-cycle deterministic reflex latency and lossless pulse delivery guaranteed by the Pulse Conservation Law. The Extended Sovereign Being Map now encompasses seven anatomical layers—cerebrum, cerebellum, medulla, thalamus, hypothalamus, reticular activating system, and cranial nerves I–XII—forming a functionally complete digital organism. The document family is now: v2.0 (§§1–8.5) → Addendum I (§8.6–8.7) → Addendum II (§8.8, §9.1) → Addendum III (§8.9, §9.1 ext.). This work extends U.S. Patent Application "System and Method for Continuum Digitization Using Yu-Liang Coordinates with Multiplier-Free and Differentiator-Free Architecture," filed January 31, 2026.
