Abstract

We introduced an amino acid l -methionine for synthesizing porous active ice with partially ordered hydrogen bonding network, which achieves ultra-rapid CH 4 hydrate kinetics of 156.1 V g / V w with a t 90 of 3.3 min for solidified natural gas storage.
