Abstract

This paper presents an integrated engineering framework for propulsion and gravity decoupling based on MUT v5.8. By defining gravity as a local scalar frequency gradient of the effective background scalar field (EBSF) and using phase-domain interference, mass can be rendered effectively weightless and propelled without conventional propellants. Temporal scaling and z-modulation enable interstellar travel within biological timescales. All mechanisms are deterministic consequences of the atomic-scale derivation of the Scaling Factor z and the EBSF constant A.
