Case report identifies hyperpigmentation linked to osimertinib in lung adenocarcinoma, suggesting it allows continued anticancer therapy.
A 66-year-old man receiving osimertinib for lung adenocarcinoma developed multiple asymptomatic slate-grey macules on photo-exposed forearms. Histopathology showed basal vacuolar change with pigment incontinence. Recognizing this drug-related pattern allows continuation of effective anticancer therapy.
