Analysis reveals that personal truth conflicts with universal truth, indicating a need for structural clarity.
This paper examines the claim “my truth is the only truth” through the lens of Relational Structuralism (RS). I argue that the statement collapses the distinction between content and structure, elevating subjective experience to the level of relational invariance. This collapse produces epistemic fragility, prevents cognitive updating, and destabilizes shared meaning. By restoring the structural layer—the relational patterns that remain constant across perspectives—we can preserve the value of personal experience without mistaking it for universal truth. The analysis shows that personal truth is a content level phenomenon, while truth itself is a structural invariant. Confusing the two is not only conceptually incorrect but relationally destabilizing.
