Case report identifies nephrotic-range proteinuria in ALECT2 amyloidosis, highlighting its clinical significance.
Amyloid deposition is an increasingly recognized contributor to chronic kidney disease and end‐stage renal disease. It can result from various underlying conditions, including monoclonal gammopathies and chronic inflammatory states.
