This framework addresses cosmological conditions through horizon-mediated spacetime initialization, suggesting implications for quantum gravity theories.
We present Horizon-Generator Cosmology (HGC), a quantitative framework addressing cosmological initial conditions through horizon-mediated spacetime initialization. We introduce the critical horizon stability parameter Σ with threshold Σ_crit ≈ 0.1–0.3, derive testable predictions for Hawking radiation correlations, establish rigorous quasi-local energy accounting, and constrain viable parent masses to M_parent > 10^13 g. The framework provides concrete targets for quantum gravity theories while remaining compatible with inflation and standard cosmology.
