Gateway Domain-Centric Routing (GDCR) – Version 5. 0A Vendor-Agnostic Metadata-Driven Architecture for Enterprise API GovernanceJavaScript “Maverick Ghost” Reference Implementation v15. 1 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This paper introduces Gateway Domain-Centric Routing (GDCR), a vendor-agnostic architectural framework designed to structurally reduce API and integration sprawl by routing requests through business semantics rather than system-specific proxies. Instead of multiplying gateways and packages per backend, GDCR uses a metadata-driven control plane to route traffic by domain, entity, and action (e. g. , /sales/orders/create). Version 5. 0 consolidates the model with a validated SAP BTP reference implementation combining DCRP (gateway) and PDCP (orchestration), achieving up to 90% structural reduction while preserving performance, security, and vendor flexibility. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WAS VALIDATED — GDCR v5. 0 (Sandbox the author assumes no liability for usage.
