In a previous study 1, we proposed that electromagnetic interaction may vanish throughphase orthogonality rather than through the absence of charge. In the present work, we formulatea minimal operator framework demonstrating that the phase-orthogonal component can beconsistently identified with the null-space of an interaction operator acting on an internal Hilbertspace.Electromagnetic invisibility emerges from structural decoupling rather than from additionalgauge symmetries. We show that non-commutativity between the interaction operator and themass operator permits a massive eigenstate to remain electromagnetically suppressed. Thisestablishes the structural consistency of the model and provides the theoretical foundation forits cosmological realization in a forthcoming study.
