This project co-develops a sexual and reproductive health module in early psychosis programs, improving care for diverse youth.

The aim is to develop a comprehensive sexual and reproductive health module for individuals in early psychosis intervention programs.
Used integrated knowledge translation within a community-based participatory action research framework.
Formed a working group including youth advisors and health experts to co-create the module.
Conducted biweekly meetings from January to October 2023.
Developed an interactive module covering five key topics: relationships, sexual health, reproductive health, sexual orientation and gender identity, and interpersonal violence.
Created both client-facing and clinician-facing materials for effective delivery of the module.
Inclusion of youths' experiences ensured the module was affirming and relevant.
