Background: Next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based measurable residual disease (MRD) testing is increasingly adopted in routine patient care for acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). We have successfully implemented NGS-based MRD testing since 2018 and demonstrated its clinical utility in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (B-ALL).
