Anticytokine autoantibody (ACAA) syndromes are a group of conditions that are increasingly recognised as causes of acquired immunodeficiency and immune dysregulation. New ACAA syndromes are increasingly reported in the medical literature, highlighting a need for increased clinician awareness and availability of diagnostic testing.
