Mediastinal tumours within the thymus gland are typically represented by thymic epithelial tumours (63%) and lymphoma (14%). 1 Epithelial tumours are represented by thymoma and thymic carcinoma. Although rare, there are examples of concurrency between both thymoma and lymphoma, 2 with very few case reports discussing intrathymic in-situ follicular B-cell neoplasm. 3
