Abstract

吞噬细胞识别、吞噬并降解凋亡细胞的过程称为胞葬作用(Efferocytosis),其在维持多细胞生物组织稳态、抑制炎症反应和启动组织修复的环节中起到关键的作用。在胞葬作用过程中,溶酶体常被认为是细胞的“垃圾处理厂”,扮演着降解的角色。除此之外,近年来的研究揭示,溶酶体在凋亡细胞清除的起始、执行和效应等多个阶段均发挥着主动且核心的调控作用,是动态的信号整合与代谢调控中枢。本文系统综述溶酶体在凋亡细胞清除过程中的多维功能与分子机制研究进展,以期为深入理解组织稳态维持机制及相关疾病的防治提供新的理论依据和潜在靶点。
