Abstract

This paper establishes an upper localization of the last-stable admissibledimension within a propagation–regulation framework. By analyzing residual transmission, relational branching growth,and regulatory dilution, we prove that stability must failbeyond a finite threshold. Under conservative amplification bounds,the stability ceiling satisfies: D* ≤ 11. This result identifies the maximal possible stable dimensionwithout yet establishing uniqueness.
