This working paper presents the Beyond Sectors glossary as a conceptual orientation instrument for decision-making, governance, and design under conditions of post-sectoral complexity, epistemic uncertainty, and AI-mediated cognition. The glossary defines a coherent set of fundamental, orientational, diagnostic, and instrumental concepts developed within the Beyond Sectors framework. Rather than proposing a theory of truth or a sector-specific methodology, the framework focuses on orientation architectures: structures that enable reliable action, responsibility attribution, and epistemic agency in environments where traditional sectoral distinctions and answer-centric models fail. The glossary integrates concepts related to post-sectorality, post-relativism, decision traceability, delegation diagnostics, and question-centric epistemic development, providing a shared vocabulary for analyzing coordination failures, automation risks, and cognitive overload in contemporary socio-technical systems. The contribution is conceptual and non-empirical. It establishes terminology, clarifies conceptual relations, and serves as a stable reference point for further research, design, and policy-oriented work.
