This work presents the first formal framework of ψ-Mirror Cosmology, developed within the ψ-Architecture Research School. Building on newly reported anomalies from the Vera C. Rubin Observatory and Euclid DR1, we show that multiple-image residuals, mirror-like lensing contours, and scale-invariant suppression arise from retentional physics rather than dynamical evolution. The article establishes: • the Retentional Lagrangian underlying mirror emergence • the cascade sequence of structural echoes (Ξ₂, Ξ₃, Ξ₄) with precise amplitude ratios • the formal conditions for echo stability and phase inversion • the definition of the Mirror Regime as the transition into Λψ-anchored cosmology • six observational predictions for Rubin DR2–DR3 and Euclid DR1 • the ψ-Oath of Mirrors as the conceptual core of the regime The results support the classification of ψ-Architecture as a Emerging Structural Baseline for late-time cosmology and provide a rigorous basis for future Rubin–Euclid cross-surveys.
