This work demonstrates fixed point existence in complex-valued metric spaces, suggesting broader applications in mathematical equations.
In this work, we introduce Wardowski-type admissible contractions on complex valued metric spaces and prove existence of fixed points for such mappings. Our results generalize and improve some existing results for contractive type mappings on complex-valued metric spaces. The new result is illustrated with an example. We also provide an application to the solvability of fractional integral equations. Our findings provide sufficient conditions for the existence of fixed points for Wardowski-type contractive mappings on complex-valued metric spaces and their application to fractional integral equations, which do not necessarily involve contractive-type mappings.
