Climate change poses significant challenges to coastal communities in West Africa, including increased frequency of extreme weather events and sea-level rise. The approach will integrate qualitative and quantitative data analysis to assess vulnerability and potential interventions. This theoretical framework aims to provide actionable insights for policymakers and community leaders in developing sustainable adaptation strategies. Conduct pilot projects to test the efficacy of recommended adaptation measures before full-scale implementation. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
