Observational framework predicts outcomes in cosmology, indicating potential falsification of theories.
We compile the complete set of observational predictions from the ICB-RES-QECC-HAD-ESR framework and compare them with current data (Planck 2018, BICEP/Keck 2021). We present explicit falsification criteria: the framework is ruled out if r falls outside [0.005, 0.04], n_s outside [0.955, 0.975] at >3σ, |f_NL| > 5, or n_t > 0. We identify the most decisive near-term tests (r and f_NL via CMB-S4, 2027–2032) and separate these strong falsifiers from weaker discriminants requiring future sensitivity. The framework produces zero continuously adjustable parameters fitted to CMB data.Part VI of VII — This paper provides the summary of predictions and serves as an entry point to the full framework.
