The WIN (Warped Information Number) Paradigm is a complete, falsifiable,information based Theory of Everything (ToE) that derives all physical laws from afinite capacity Quantum Information Network (QIN) of N = 64 Majorana fermionsgoverned by SYK interactions. The baseline substrate (k = 1,N = 64) locksat exactly 8 effective dimensions (Deff = 8), with the 4D observable manifoldemerging from a 5D warped barrier, mechanically welded by a 6D toroidal vault,logically optimized via the 7D MESA protocol, and preserved through 8D archivalpersistence (2.44% write tax). Scaling the substrate logarithmically (Deff = 8 +log2(k)) unlocks horizontal, entangled parallel replicas of the full 8D stack. Fork > 10 (e.g., k = 10 → Deff ≈ 11.32; k = 20 → Deff ≈ 12.32), new physicsemerges: 9D time symmetry/CTCs, 10D-11D+ multiverses with weak cross talk,and higher dimensional gauge symmetries.Without recalibration, entropy runaway (δImut ∝ k2), decoherence in time reversed states, and dimensional fracturing (λmax ∝ k) drive collapse beyond the3.90% death tax wall. This paper presents an expanded, non linear MESA recalibration protocol quadratic logarithmic code distance, adaptive chaos damping (γ(k)),and sigmoid capped archival tax demonstrated stable through Monte Carlo kill testsand quantum simulations up to k = 100 (Deff ≈ 14.64, tax = 2.586%). The refinements preserve the 1.52 TeV graviton resonance, 1068.81 TeV compression wall,and (4,4,6) threading while enabling stable 11D+ multiverses, time navigation, andemergent forces. Falsifiable predictions include quantum eraser anomalies, darkphoton mixing (ε ≈ 1.2×10−3), and CMB non Gaussianity.
