This theory derives an upper limit on neutrino mass and connects it to the cosmological constant, implying significant cosmological insights.
We show that the cosmological constant problem rests on a category error: virtual pairs are boundary information, not bulk energy. Starting from the Bousso covariant entropy bound, the Bekenstein-Hawking area-entropy relation, and the isoperimetric theorem, we derive a parameter-free upper bound on the lightest neutrino mass: m_1 ≤ 1.759 meV. A census of all massive Standard Model species shows that only the lightest neutrino (ν_1) is consistent with the observed Λ; every other particle is excluded by 3 to 55 orders of magnitude. Combined with neutrino oscillation data (NuFIT 6.1), this yields Σm_ν ∈ [58.2, 60.2] meV, a 1.97 meV window testable by Euclid, CMB-S4, and PTOLEMY. The inverted mass hierarchy is ruled out. The framework predicts w_DE = −1 exactly; the DESI DR2 tension (2.8–4.2σ) is flagged as a near-term falsification pathway. Version 3.8. Includes both English and Vietnamese versions.
