Development of a web service calculates environmental forming potential in Russia, indicating land balance dynamics.
The scientific paradigm “minimum initial information – maximum reasonable generalizations” can be implemented by analyzing the dynamics of the balance parameters of lands at various categories using the concept of the environment-forming potential for the territory. This article discusses the development of a computer program “Web service for calculating the environment-forming potential of the territory”, designed to study the change in value of the environment-forming potential for the territories of various Russian subjects. The value of the environment-forming potential for the territory can be used as one of the indicators in the set of indicators characterizing the development of the territory and the dynamics of the land balance. The program functions are: calculation of the environment-forming potential; accumulation of initial data; visualization of calculation results, including methods of thematic cartography. The development is confirmed by the State Certificate for Computer Program No. 2021669739 (RU).
