Community health centres in Tanzania are underutilized due to poor accessibility and inadequate clinical outcomes. A randomized field trial was conducted with participants randomly assigned to either an intervention group (enhanced service delivery) or control group. Clinical data were collected over six months using standardised assessment tools and statistical models. Enhanced service delivery significantly improved patient recovery rates by 15% in the intervention group compared to the control group, with a confidence interval of 8%, 23%. The study suggests that targeted improvements in community health centre services can lead to better clinical outcomes. Policy makers should invest in upgrading infrastructure and training for healthcare providers within these centres to enhance patient care and improve service delivery efficiency. Community Health Centres, Clinical Outcomes, Randomized Field Trial, Tanzania Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
