Nutrition interventions in Ghana's rural northern regions have shown mixed results for adolescent girls' health. A comprehensive search strategy was implemented using electronic databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Studies were screened based on predefined inclusion criteria related to design, implementation, and outcomes of interventions. The review identified several data-driven nutrition intervention programmes but found limited empirical evidence regarding their effectiveness in improving health outcomes for adolescent girls. While the reviewed studies highlighted potential benefits of data collection and analysis methods, there is insufficient robust data to draw definitive conclusions about programme efficacy. Future research should prioritise designing and implementing rigorous randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with detailed outcome measures to evaluate impact on health outcomes. Model estimation used =argmin_ᵢ (yᵢ, f_ (xᵢ) ) +₂², with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
