URMC-ESDI (Electrical Safety Due Diligence Index) is an interpretive engineering model for the structural assessment of electrical risks in industrial and infrastructure systems. The model is based on the principle of multiplicative risk factors and cascade amplification analysis, allowing for the identification of hidden criticality areas that may not be detected by traditional additive assessment systems. URMC-ESDI does not replace existing standards (IEC, ISO, OSHA, etc.), but functions as an analytical supplement that enhances the due diligence procedure by identifying: cascading dependencies, latent points of failure, thresholds of irreversibility, cumulative systemic gains.
