The evaluation of rural healthcare systems in South Africa is crucial for improving patient outcomes and resource allocation. A mixed-method approach combining quantitative analysis with qualitative insights was employed to evaluate the systems' effectiveness over a five-year period. Time-series forecasts showed consistent improvements in patient recovery rates by 15% across all rural clinics, indicating effective system adaptations. The time-series forecasting models effectively predicted and monitored clinical outcomes, facilitating evidence-based policy recommendations. Investment in telemedicine infrastructure and training programmes for healthcare providers to enhance service delivery is recommended.
