Abstract

高強度球状黒鉛鋳鉄(H-FCD)は、鋳放し歯車では粗材減衰性により従来歯車に比較し低騒音性能が顕著に認められるが、鉄道車両に適用する場合は、γ′ガス窒化等の表面処理により歯面を強化する必要がある。しかしながら表面処理を施すことにより歯車精度及び面粗度が変化し低騒音性能に影響することがある。本研究では、H-FCD歯車の窒化処理が粗材耐久性や歯車精度等に及ぼす影響、ジャイロバレル研磨を併用した表面改質による効果など、実験的な研究内容について述べる。
