Tenofovir is a primary treatment for chronic hepatitis B (CHB) infections. While hepatic fibrosis regression during antiviral therapy has been documented, data on the effects of prolonged tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) treatment on Fibroscan results is limited. This case series will significantly contribute to the understanding of fibrosis improvement in CHB patients undergoing long-term TDF therapy. We present four patients with CHB patients receiving long-term TDF therapy. Fibrosis levels were assessed using Fibroscan before and after treatment to evaluate changes in hepatic fibrosis. Overall, these cases underscore that timely initiation of antiviral therapy, coupled with regular monitoring, can lead to significant improvements in liver function and fibrosis in CHB patients.
