These slides present the second NAIF Track 4 workshop, held on 8 December 2025, focusing on improving academic metadata in Swiss institutional repositories. The session built on outcomes from the first workshop, where participants developed exploratory maps and action cards across four data families: organisational data, authorship data, funding information, and open‑access/licensing data. In Workshop #2, participants evaluated and prioritised these proposed actions using an Agreement & Certainty Matrix and worked in breakout groups to discuss possible ownership and timelines for selected actions. Printouts of the Trello board and Miro board used to document actions and the Agreemen & Certainty Matrix are attached to the slides.
