Export Ameloblastic fibrodontoma is a fairly rare mixed odontogenic tumor that generally occurs early in life. There are most common symptoms of this type of tumor; swellings without symptoms, delayed tooth eruption, and mixed radiographic findings within defined boundaries. A 22-year-old woman was referred for her treatment due to incidental radiological findings in her body and mandibular angle. Her orthopantomography findings showed a mixed radiopaque and radiolucent lesion extending from the anterior part of her body to the angle of the mandible, with dentition with no bony growth. FNAC showed no fluid content. Under general anesthesia; the mucoperiosteal flap was elevated, the tumor was carefully excised by curettage, and the impacted tooth was extracted. There were no problems in separating the lesion from the mandible, and the postoperative course was uneventful. Clinicians and pathologists should consider the possibility of mixed rare tumors and histopathological evaluation of maxillofacial lesions confirmed the provisional diagnosis of ameloblastic fibrodontoma.
