This paper proposes a near-solar charging and energy storage system based on nuclear isomers and the deposit-to-output ratio criterion. The system uses solar radiation to excite nuclei into high-energy metastable states for high-density energy storage, enabling closed-loop recycling of energy-carrying materials. The deposit-to-output ratio is introduced as a comprehensive evaluation index for energy storage hierarchy selection. Nuclear isomers are identified as the most promising direction for reversible high-density energy storage. Combined with the latest breakthroughs in molybdenum-93m research, the scientific feasibility of the concept is demonstrated. This scheme directly utilizes stellar energy and provides a new theoretical framework for future nuclear energy storage and space energy systems.
