The effectiveness of community health centers (CHCs) in Tanzania is crucial for improving agricultural productivity and sustaining rural livelihoods. A multilevel regression analysis was employed to assess the impact of CHC systems on agricultural yields, considering both individual and community-level factors. CHCs showed a significant positive effect on crop yields with an average increase of 15% in maize production across participating communities (95% CI: 8-22%). The multilevel regression analysis revealed that CHC systems are pivotal for enhancing agricultural productivity, particularly among smallholder farmers. Further studies should explore the scalability of these findings and potential policy interventions to widen the reach of CHCs in rural areas. multilevel regression, community health centers, yield improvement, smallholder agriculture, Tanzania Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
