The research examined the indicators of population satisfaction with the quality of life during work trips in the cities of Minia and New Minia, in relation to the problem of low urban communication between the two cities and the continued dependence of debtors on each other to provide employment opportunities. The research examined previous studies linking the quality of life of work trips to the environmental, social and psychological aspects of the movement and economy, A questionnaire was designed for a sample of the population (388 individuals) to assess the residents' impression of the quality of life during their work trips by applying the Non-parametric tests - one sample and examining the differences between the two cities in satisfaction indicators by applying the Jonckheere – Terpstra test for K samples using the SPSS. Based on the classification of sample members according to the direction of the work trips between the two cities, the place of work and the place of residence. The research concluded the priority of improving the environmental, social and economic aspects of the two cities, followed by the psychological elements and the quality of the movement. The criteria are for people moving between the two cities to work, as it also shows the distinction between the cities of Minia and New Minia in most indicators. The study recommends several proposals in which they are prioritized to improve the quality of life for work trips for the residents of the two cities to reflect on their work.
