Proposed model shows flat rotation curves and derives BTFR from black hole entropy, suggesting an alternative to dark matter.
We propose that black hole entropy, distributed as aninformation field with density ρ_IF(r) = ρ₀/r², providesan alternative to particle dark matter. This field naturallyproduces flat galactic rotation curves and derives theBaryonic Tully-Fisher Relation (BTFR) v⁴ = a₀·G·M fromfirst principles using the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy. We test the model on 5 galaxies with 5.9% mean error. The model predicts a redshift-dependent accelerationconstant a₀(z) ∝ H(z), testable by upcoming surveys.
