This project applies the Holmes Unified Scaling Law (HUSL) to the stabilization of high-energy density lattices for power generation. By identifying the 19.41 Hz (Zm) node as the vacuum manifold's universal frame rate, the methodology provides a framework for suppressing stochastic thermal dissonance in resonant energy systems. The research demonstrates that 120-degree phase-locking within the fuel or storage lattice enhances ion-path efficiency and prevents structural degradation. This derivative work provides the mathematical key to Cold Resonance, where energy capture is optimized by synchronizing atomic lattice vibrations with the macroscopic manifold stability constant.
