This work is part of a foundational series within the TERM framework, leading to the analytical constraint of the fine-structure constant as presented in Paper. We propose a minimal generative framework, denoted TERM (Triadic Emergent RegulationModel), which formulates necessary structural constraints for the internal consistency of physicaltheories. Rather than deriving physical constants directly, TERM identifies proto-logical andgeometric conditions under which stable, self-regulating interaction strengths can exist. Withinthis framework, the inverse electromagnetic coupling constant is shown to arise as a constrainedconsequence of triadic closure, four-dimensional geometric baselines, and logarithmic regulatorysuppression. No claim of exact derivation is made; instead, the result is presented as a falsifiablegenerative constraint on viable theoretical structures.
